I am no longer scared to discuss my feelings with people.

This program gave me the understanding of how to confront conflict in a caring and respectful way. Not only can I use it with my partner, but I can also use it with anyone else in my life.

I’m able to use the skills at home and at work, and I am no longer scared to discuss my feelings with people. I also understand my behavior patterns, and I’m able to let go of the guilt behind them rather than continuing to believe that I am better wrong, these are just behaviors that I am doing.

It’s empowering to know that I can change these and that I’m able to change the way the others respond to me through my behaviors.
