We were in constant conflict. There was so much anger and hostility, on a daily basis. We have two young children, and I had started to envisage what my life would look like as a single parent.

Within the first week, notably from using the connection rituals, we were calmer and kinder towards each other.

This course is so much more productive than marriage counselling. Understanding how to communicate in a different way, understanding why we react the way we do in our relationship, and understanding how to express ourselves in a more effective way has been so enlightening.

We are communicating so much better and are so much happier. I can’t believe that only 8 weeks ago, I really couldn’t see any future with my partner.
